Move site from subdomain and can't creat sitemap

Hi
I built my site on subdomain and few days ago I moved my website to the main domain and the plugin can’t creat the sitemap, I deactived the plugin and even deleted and install it again and it didn’t work, always get 404 error when visit the sitemap url.

Please check the sitemap on my site and help me fix it.
