Move Site now cant upload or update.

Hi
I have move my site from VirtualBox to a real server with a diferente username and domain. The steps i use the ones here:

The message error that i get is: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2015/08.
(i have translate the message since was in my language)So what went wrong ?
What can i do ?Best Regards
