Move Site Title to Very Top

Themes looking good! I’m not seeing your issue – are you referring to the title of the “meta” section appearing below the “meta” sidebar widget, or something else?

I am not sure about the terminology. I am trying to put the light blue sect at the very top, where it says one year crossfit. Right below that I want search bar and the links, sorry if I can’t explain correctly.
