Move slider in Parabola theme to bottom of frontpage

Hi, been trying to find the where in the code I can redistribute items on the Parabola presentation page. Right now, the slider element is on top in the body. I want to move it down. I want the blog to be first instead. Been wracking my brains trying to find the right area of code with “slider.” DId many searches here, to no avail.

I did find this code… looks promising but not sure. It’s in the settings php. Thank you!!!!
