Move submenu page to tools instead of settings.

Hi!
Having this plugin is a very nice idea if your site sends a lot of email to users. So thank you so much to the author! ??
But… Why placing it in the settings menu when there are no settings at all in the Email Log page?
I think it should be much better and appropiate to move it to Tools menu.
In fact, I did the modification for it if you want to use or maybe the author wants to implement the change.
