move the clear all button

Hi! I’m having kind of the same problem, but I tried CSS and didn’t work. This is how my compare widget looks, https://www.staging6.yourmom.com.ar/productos/

I need the clear all and compare buttons to be at the same line than the select box

Or maybe if there is any chance to show the compare window after I choose the second product and not when I choose just one, is that possible ?
