Move the default summary blog page to /blog/ ?

    I have a static home page set up a-okay; and my blog posts are nicely filed away under /blog/ – however, the default home page, the one which shows summarys of n recent blog entries has now disappeared- can I a) get this back, at /blog/ or b) use template tags to emulate the same bevahiour?
