Move to new location

Hi, is the plugin possible for the following scenario?
For example,

example.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/
The folder contains images. I want to move some of these images under the same folder. So the new location of these images will be:
wp-content/uploads/2022/09/custom

Is such a scenario possible?
If it is possible;
1-) After moving, I’m thinking of deleting the files in the old location. Therefore, in such a case, are URL addresses automatically updated in the database?
