Move WordPress.com to .org?

I started a free blog at wordpress.com, but want to move the content to my own domain. Is there a way to do that? I am not particulary technical, but can follow directions! LOL

If there is a way to back up and save and still use the one click installation (Fantastico), I’d be a happy camper!
