Move wp_config

I have multiple blogs at the first level of the site domiane/blog. I have been hacked by a link injection and moving one of the wp_config files worked to stop the hacking. Along with the other recomended changes that I have read about. But now when I try and move the other wp_config files up a level the new files will over write the first on. What would a possible solution be and step by step implementation of it. Do I have to move all the blogs deeper in my site? I do not want hacker to pick up the location.
