Moved domain, CSS doesn't work

    I’ve just move my wordpress installation to a new domain. Everything seems to be working expect the CSS won’t load. When I tried to view the css file in my browser I am redirected from
    /wp-content/themes/streamline/css/layout.css
    to
    /css/layout.css

    I have tried turning plugins off and and removing the .htaccess file. Any ideas what’s going on?

    Does your page render correctly? If you view source code of the page what does the entire link of the attached css say?
