Moved from Free WordPress to my own, how do I keep my rankings?

I just moved from https://www.forexctas.wordpress.com to https://currencyctas.com – how do I redirect traffic from the old site to the new? Is that possible? I’d like to maintain my rankings and the work I’ve done for the last 5 months…
