moved site, all downloads missing

Did you also change the paths of the downloads? Did you move the database manually or used something like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-migrate-db/ ?

The paths to the downloads are all the same (but I will double check that). I used the cpanel database backup, then imported into a new database.

Also, are you sure you’re on the same Download Monitor version as on the old website?

I just looked it up in the plugin list in the backup. We were using ver. 1.5.1

Unfortunately we were not able to fix this. We have decided to pursue a different solution.

I have the same problem, we move an entire wordpress manually, and all our links are pointing to old server.

All files show well in a list, but when you click on them the file download and PDF or JPG files shows errors when it open.

We use 600 files, and Search & Replace plugin tell me, it’s impossible to change serialize data…

??
