Moved the site, forgot to move the blog

  • Hi guys,

    In my haste to move my site because of the Google mobile requirements, I lost my blog. I do have the blog backups that were sent automatically to me weekly.

    Any advice on this? Or do I just start from scratch

    What method did you use to back up the site? What file format are the backups in?

    I’m not sure. I think there is a backup utility inside WordPress, no? The files are compressed and inside the compressed file is a single file with a .sql extension, so I’m assuming these are MS SQL files, right?
