Moved – where is my content?

I just moved my host provider and changed my domain name. Where should I be looking for all the content that I had posted? I did do a backup of my previous site, but I have a funny feeling that something’s missing. Am I looking for my sql database? Where at? I could probably repost with MarsEdit, but there were somethings that I had on there way before I was using that posting app.
