Moved WP to new directory–OUCH

I moved my site to https://www.coolsiteoftheday.com/coolsites but now my pages are not loading, for instance:
https://www.coolsiteoftheday.com/aldos-coffee-greenport/
I tried to update all the URLs using the Velvet Blues plugin but that didn’t seem to work.
