Moved WP to new host, working, images not showing

    Moved my blog to a new host, everything is working but on posts, images not showing. The images do show in the Media Library, and they indicate that they are attached to the appropriate post. My domain has not changed.

    Under settings, media, I have the default–

    Store uploads in this folder wp-content/uploads

    Full URL path to files is blank

    And my uploads are in month/year based folders

    I have read several other threads in the forums but none of those suggestions has worked. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    your images all have a url like
    https://readspace.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/bunheads-200x300.jpg
    notice the /wp folder – so they are 404’ing

    you can back up your database and use the following plugin to do a search and replace on the url
    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/search-and-replace/

    That was it! Somehow the leading wp/ wasn’t registering. I downloaded the plugin and run it and voila, pictures are all back where they should be. You WP people are good peoples. Thank you.
