Moves to next lesson without completing the prerequisite

Hello Team,

I am writing to seek your expert help to address a problem I am facing in the course pages. I have defined a prerequisite for each lesson that it should be visible unless previous lesson completed, however, the next lesson simply opens up.

I can see there is a note on the top that says as follows:

You must first complete S1 Lesson 02 before viewing this Lesson

But it is just the message and the lesson simply reveals even when the prerequisite is not complete.

Please help.
