I have an old domain that is inactive where ad sense was applied. I an not able to access this old domain tho. I’ve switched to a new domain and am having trouble putting ad sense on this domain. Ad sense keeps sending emails that I have an existing account even tho I’ve deleted them, cancelled both, restarted on the new one and still no success. Do I need to remove the code from the old domain? If so, how can I do this if I cannot access that domain. Please help! I am not that computer savvy but can figure out a bit.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out. When you move a sites URL or switch domain names I believe it’s required to add the new domain within your AdSense account. The AdSense product experts at the official Help Center should be able to assist with this. It’s no problem if you no longer have access to your old domain name, you can simply remove this domain/site from within your AdSense account.

It sounds like you’re using a separate Google account with AdSense for your new site. AdSense policy only allows for one AdSense account. As we can only assist with Site Kit related queries here in the plugin support forums you’ll need to reach out to the AdSense Help Center for assistance when the platform determines more than one account is active.

If you have Site Kit setup on your old domain and you don’t have access to that domain anymore you may be able to access the site via your hosting control panel – if you have access to the sites hosting. You’ll need to reset the plugin or disconnect the AdSense module. I’m also happy to perform a reset of your site on the Site Kit service if you wish. Let me know if so, I’ll need you to confirm the old site URL if you do wish me to perform this.

Note also that if you no longer have access to your old sites domain you will may no longer require statistics for this domain. Simply removing that site from your AdSense account is enough.
