Moving Audio files

Good afternoon: I hope this is an appropriate forum for this problem? If not please feel free to move it to an alternative & appropriate location.
I have 2 www.ads-software.com sites and one is not ‘producing’ substantial results/traffic after 1 year.I want to close it but want to transfer the audio files on it to the remaining site.[www.historiphilippines.com and https://www.oldphilippines.com] How do I do it ‘easily’? I’m no techie so the easier the better…
