Moving blog from main part of website to a subdirectory? How?

I have an active working blog on my website in the main area such as https://www.myownwebsite.com but would like to move the whole thing, INTACT, to a subdirectiory such as https://www.www.myownwebsite.com/blog. Is this do-able and how does one accomplish it? Plain English please, I’m a technical idiot. Thanks!
