Moving category entries to another WP blog

Can someone explain how I would move all the entries in category 01 in my 1st blog, to category 01 in my second blog? I am running the current version of WP and it is installed in 2 seperate folders to serve as 2 independant blogs on the same server. 2 different databases too. Please help. thanks!
