Moving Comments List after Comment Form

Hi all, really enjoying working with the-bootstrap theme.

I’m trying to get the comments list to appear beneath the comments form, but to no avail. Right now I’m using a custom single.php calling for
“comments_template()”.

I’ve already tried using comment_form() and wp_comments_list() instead of comments_template, but that didn’t work. I also tried “the_bootstrap_comment_form” and “the_bootstrap_comments_list()” but no good.

Finally, I tried swapping the order of the comments list and comment form code within functions.php, but that didn’t work either.

Any ideas? Appreciate the help very much!
