Moving currency symbol at checkout and admin area

    When I enable ShopEngine it is moving my currency symbol to the right hand side behind the number.

    This is happening on the admin dashboard (paid member subscription income)

    Also in checkout when changing the delivery option the currency then moves to the right hand side.

    This has only happened since installing shopengine and elementor. I deactivated shop engine but left elementor and the issue was resolved.

    ShopEngine Pro has currency switcher module. If you have enabled it then this could happen. However, deactivating the module from ShopEngine dashboard will resolve the issue.

    I don’t have the pro package. It’s all disabled.

    Unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce this issue on our development environment. Try to deactivate all the plugins except Elementor, Woocommerce and ShopEngine to check if that resolves the issue or not.

    If not then deactivate ShopEngine to check if that resolves the issue. If yes, then navigate to our plugin’s details page and open a support ticket at our support center. Oru dedicated support team will check the issue and let you know the update ASAP!

    Also make sure your currency position is set to left (screenshot).

    I have already deactivated everything then left those three on and it still happens.

    I do use a weight based shipping plugin too but has never been an issue until using your plugin along side it. When I deactivated shopengine but left elementor on along side my weight based shipping there is no issue only when shop engine is on.

    Currency definitely on the left hand side and here’s a video clip of what’s happening.

    Thanks for the screencast. It seems while the shipping has been changed to any other option then the currency symbol is moving right automatically. This issue is only happening on the Cart page not in the Checkout page. I have successfully reproduced this issue on my development environment also.

    Don’t worry, our development team is already working on it and this issue will be fixed in our next plugin update. Till then please stay with us.

    But can you please confirm that the issue also happens on the Checkout page? As I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my development envrionment. If yes please share a screencast as well to understand it clearly.

    I can confirm this is cart only, checkout seems fine and doesn’t swap the currency symbol around when changing.

    We have already fixed this “moving currency symbol” issue on the cart page. This fix will be added in our next plugin update. I have send you the fixed version of the plugin to your support ticket which you have opened at our support center.
