moving custom taxonomy

Hello,
First I have to thank you for your great plugin.
I have tried to change the custom post types and the plugin will do the job just find.
The problem I am facing is that after post type being changed, custom taxonomy (specifically tags) would not be converted to the new custom taxonomy and this is so hard to do any other way like going through database.

If you could add an option to move the tags along side with post type it would be amazing specially in bulk actions.

Or if there is any other way you know that could help me to do that manually !
