Moving Directories

Hi everyone, at current my wordpress is in a ‘wordpress’ directory ie https://www.mysite.com/wordpress; im wanting to move it up a level so you see my blog when you visit my site at just https://www.mysite.com without the wordpress extension, when i do this however none of my links work, si their a certain way or?
