I’m changing my domain and I’m wondering if this will mean I’ll have to go back through my oneall settings all over again? Should I create a new account instead?

I noticed there’s issues with logins when the user changes their Facebook email as well…I’m a bit worried moving will trigger some new accounts because it won’t match them right.

    Hi Alundra,

that’s the magic with OneAll. You can change the domain and the only thing that you have to do is to add the new domain to the allowed domains in your OneAll account.

The user registration uses the email address, that’s correct. On subsequent logins it however does not matter if the email changes or not as OneAll uses it’s own identifier to recognize users.

    Hi Claude!

Thank you so much! That does make me feel better :D.

You might want to double check the email thing, I found a user had 2 WooCommerce accounts with Facebook because of a changed email about a year ago. She was very frustrated when she logged in and couldn’t find her products. If it’s been fixed since then all good! Thank you so much :D.
