Moving Excel Data into WordPress Static Page

Can anyone suggest a way to automatedly move Excel data into a WordPress static page. The ideal would be for the Excel spreadsheet to live in a particular directory where it can be updated. Whenever it is updated the data on the Static page would automagically be updated as well. Is there a way to get this done? I’m open to other suggestions too.
