    Hi SimbaLion,

In our plugin when you press a button in the tool bar of the forms builder, the field is inserted below the field that is selected in the form, or into the field selected if it is a container (DIV or FIELDSET), but if you have not selected any field in the form, the new field will be inserted at the end.

Could you indicate the version number of your copy of the plugin, please?

The previous description is about the behavior in the forms builder, because in the public form the location of the fields can be modified by the styles defined in the website, or the use of the special classes: column2, column3, and column4 included by the plugin, and used to display the form in a table format.

Could you give me additional details about the issue you are experimenting, and a link to the webpage where is inserted the form, please?

    Best regards.

For example, I created a field early, fieldname3, and later on I made a fieldset, fieldname10, and I want to move fieldname3 into fieldname10, but when I ‘drop’ it, it winds up placed somewhere else completely, and not where it originally was. And then I can’t place it where it originally was either.

This happens in a lot of other ways too.. re-ordering things, putting things in containers, etc.. and each time the field being moved lands in some unexpected place, however it is usually the same place each time, not random.

I understand the way creating new fields works, but I’m working on a very complicated form and I will probably need to move things around before it’s finished.

    Hi,

Could you clear the browser’s cache, and try to edit the form again, please, because this module was completely reimplemented to improve the behavior of Drag and Drop in the form builder.

If the issue persist, please, create a ticket in our private support page with the access to your WordPress, and indicates the fields you want move, to check the issue in action.

Clearing the cache fixed it, thank you!
