Moving form wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com

I am trying to move my blog from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. I changed to domain name but I dont’ know the servers for my site. I now cannot locate my site since I changed it and didn enter the correct nameservers into my domain setup. Can anyone please help with this. Thanks
