Moving from .com-.org my url is now https://69.195.124.153/~hipnotik/

hello, so i just created a blog on wordpress.com but quickly realized i could not instal custom themes so i needed to switch to .org. everything is done and i have hosting on blue host. when i go into my dashboard, and then click to see my site in a new tab. my url is https://69.195.124.153/~hipnotik/ instead of https://www.hipnotikk.com. i then went over to wordpress.com and changed the nameservers and still when i type in https://www.hipnotikk.com it goes to the wordpress.com site. I’m very confused on what to do to get my self hosted blog to be https://www.hypnotikk.com
