Moving from local development to hosting

Hi, I’ve been developing with LC on my local Windows pc using MAMP and now need to upload/migrate to my reseller hosting. What would the DEVs of LC recommend? For that matter if anyone has succeeded with a particular technique/plugin, I would be grateful if they would share their experience.

I would normally use css, php and flexible themes for WP site development but LC has won me over. LC is a magnificent plugin as it works well and has low learning curve. Well done DEVs!
