Moving from old theme

  • I’m using an old theme “Coraline”. It’s no longer supported and I’m having problems with compatibility with lates WP version 4.9.5. I’m thinking of using Twenty Seventeen theme.

    Some questions:
    1) I don’t currently have a shop but thinking of starting one. Will WooCommerce plugin work well with it?

    2) I want my blog to be the main home page. Can I do with with it?

    3) Will nextgen gallery plugin work with it?

  • To answer your questions from my own experience
    1) yes
    2) yes
    3) probably. I have not used nextgen as a solution, but I tried a number of gallery plugins as I was testing and as far as I know they worked well.

    But your experience may differ.
