Moving from one localhost to another (computer)

I made a WP site with custom(ized) theme on my laptop’s localhost (am using xampp).

I want to move it to my other computer (let’s say computer 2) and also use it on that computer’s localhost (with xampp). I am just designing and developing, nothing is online yet.

I created a new database on my localhost phpMyAdmin, moved the root file holding the existing customized WP theme to xampp directory etc (on computer 2).

Problem: I go to the dashboard on computer 2 and it does not displays any of the pages I made or users etc. Only thing it displays is the cutom theme but without my modifications. It does display the plugins in “installed plugins”, but they are not showing in the theme…

Is there any online guide for moving WP databases/root files between localhosts? So not online.
