Moving from Single site to Multisite

Hi There – I just tried to move a site from single site to multisite using backupbuddy. I do this on a regular basis with no issues. However, the nextgen gallery images all broke. When I looked a little deeper, I noticed that /wp-content/gallery was still the path, even though in the system wide default setting it was the blogs.dir/files path.
Any ideas on how to do a move like this and update the paths for existing images?
