Moving from www.ads-software.com 2 own host.

Hello, looking for steps to export entire site and database from www.ads-software.com free site to my computer to then upload to own webhost.

I’ve successfully created wordpress site on own host via simplescripts via my cpanel.

I have also used export from www.ads-software.com to get xml/post/etc.

noticed that my theme or plugins didnt come over though, and banner wasnt same as original free site.

Can someone direct me to the clear cut instructions for migrating?? THANKS!!!
