moving header menu on the title page div

Hello, i’m really liking your theme alex, this is really a great job!

I was wandering if there is an easy way to move the “header menu” in the “title-page” in the middle (between the “follow:” and the “more” squares”

I also modified the thumb viewing for videos into posts following your instructions, but i’m still missing the “recent posts” video thumb into alxtabs widget.

And i have also some compatibility problems with the wp-ratings plugin, can you suggest me a nice rating plugin for your template?
