Moving hosting providers, do I need to do anything?

Hi,
I’ve just moved my site to a new hosting platform so the IP address has changed. DNS changes have happened and traffic is going to the new site ok. The old site is still up, will be for 24 hours to catch any traffic not directed to the new site. At the moment the contact forms aren’t working on the new site, error trying to send. I just wanted to check there wasn’t something I need to do with regard to CleanTalk configuration?
