    Hello,

I recently moved my wordpress site from invadingholland.com to accidentallydutch.com. At first I was getting a notification (on the dashboard of the new site) telling me that jetpack had entered safe mode and asked if I would like to ‘move jetpack data’ or ‘treat each site as independent site’.

I planned to choose ‘move jetpack data’ but was not ready at the time so didn’t do it straight away. Today I was going to set it up but the notification (and options) is gone. I do see it flash up on the screen for a second when the page is loading but then it is no where to be seen.

All the jetpack options pages are blank when I visit them and site health tells me is an identity crisis: ‘Your URL is set as accidentallydutch.com/, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as invadingholland.com/!’

What is the best way for me to fix this so that all my old jetpack data (subscribers, etc) from the old site gets moved to my new site?

    Thanks for any help

  • Hi @citizenstu

I’ve seen you’ve mentioned moving your website from invadingholland.com to accidentallydutch.com and didn’t want to transfer the Jetpack there momentarily, and that you’d like to do it now.

So we can resolve this for you, please reach out to us here instead. Don’t forget to mention a link to this forum thread.

    Hi @muffinpeace

Thanks for the message. Should I use contact support on the link you gave me? It’s telling me I can only contact support if I have the paid version of Jetpack, which I don’t.
