• I am VERY NEW to WORD PRESS as well as a beginner/novice to the whole world of developing a website. I have become my district’s web servant and been given the task of creating a brand new web site via WORD PRESS. I am not a full-time coder or computer-dude – just a guy doing service work. I was encouraged to first install the 12-step meeting plug-in and populate it (which I did) and it is wonderful for meeting info management.

HOWEVER – I want to start over – from scratch with the new site – but DO NOT want to lose all my meeting list plugin work.

Is is possible to simply export or save the meeting list plugin info somewhere – delete all the false starts of themes etc – and start fresh – and then import my meeting list info back into my new work?

I’m hoping I don’t have to re-enter all the meeting info.

  • You can export your meeting list data in the CSV format and save it.

If you have questions or need support with the plug-in, you should go to the GitHub site, located at https://github.com/code4recovery/12-step-meeting-list/discussions.

Also, try the Technology in A.A. Forum for general website questions. As stated on the website, the forum is for A.A. members to share about using technology for accomplishing the primary purpose of A.A. We range from technology giants to complete novices just interested in the subject. All are AA members or support AA technology, and? all are welcome.
