Moving pages to a new category

When I created my website (my first ever site!), I wasn’t aware of the benefits of putting pages into a category and, as a result, all of my pages are off the main site.

I’d like to move all existing pages to a new category, but can’t seem to find the option within WP dashboard??

I’m able to move posts to a new category, but not a page?

Please help!
