Moving posts and comments

Hi Guys

I have looked through the forums and am unable to find this particular query. Maybe if someone knows something else they can point me in the right direction. I would like to move three posts and their comments from one wordpress blog to another wordpress blog. Aside from copying one post at a time (which means I will probably lose the comments) does anybody know how I can do this please?
