Moving rendering-blocking CSS & JS to bottom of page

Hi,
I would like to move rendering-blocking CSS & JS to bottom of page. Is there a way to do this in W3 Total Cache?
I have the plugin running and Minify active, but e.g. Google still tells me this stuff should go to the page bottom to improve performance.Thanks!
