Moving SEO from Thesis theme

  • I’m exploring moving from a Thesis theme to another WordPress theme. One of the issues, however, is that all my SEO is in the Thesis theme. I attempted to transport the SEO data from Thesis to WordPress SEO by Yoast via the plugin SEO Data Transport, but it didn’t work. Any suggestions on how to move SEO data from Thesis?
