Moving Sidebar to bottom in twenty twelve

I am using a vendor-provided child theme using twenty twelve as the parent. I would like to move the sidebar from the right to the bottom (at the end of the content) to make the page more mobile responsive. (it will display primarily photographs)
It appears that the only way to do that is with CSS?
Any help would be appreciated.
