Moving the slider under logo/navbar

I’ve tried many different CSS codes to move the slider up and under the logo/navbar but none have worked.

It worked once but then I switched to a child theme and it was lost.

I’ve also tried disabling/enabling the plugins one by one – no dice.

Would appreciate some help.
