moving to new domain

Hi, I have pro version on a website (site # 1) and need to move that license to a different domain (site # 2). This process seems somewhat clear in my user account.

But, I would like to revert site # 1 back to a free account. Is this possible? Do I just delete pro plugin and reinstall lite version? Will the data still be available? Please advise.
