moving to new site

so we have been using this plugin on our website for a while so we see a list of the donations made through this plug in,

we are creating a new website that we are going to start to migrate to with a new domain name. I have setup the plug in on this site as well, 2 questions,

1. once we shutdown the first website the current recurring payments will still take place as they are with paypal, but we will no longer see thoes payments in our wordpress dashboard correct? Is there a way too?

2. Is there a way to transfer over the payments data from the old site to the new site without doing a wordpress backup/restore the sites are completly different
