moving to wordpress from blogger

Hello,

I have a two and half year old fashion blog with a fairly good amount of followers on blogger with my own domain name bought from Google directly. I would like to move it to wordpress as soon as possible but I’m worried about how long would it take for my followers to see my blog without clicking on the forward link? Would I be able to sync the Google Connect to my wordpress? Would my followers have to do anything or they’re transferred automatically? I would like to hire someone who can do this for me and if anyone can tell me anything I need to know, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
