• Hi, I “broke” a website and I′m trying to reproduce/migrate in local server with a backup I had created on the cpanel. Basically I empty a database of another local project I had and import the .sql file I found in the mysql folder of the backup. It doesn′t look very bad

Then I empty the files directory also and paste the public_html from the backup. Then I changed the wp-config with the data for the database.
What I can see at this point is a 404 error (with the colors of the theme). If I try to go into /wp-admin then I get a database connection error. https://domain/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fyoga1%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

I guess there are still things to change related to the domain URL but i don′t know where!

Thank you so much if someone could help

Your site seems to be up at https://sisteryang.com/ but your hello world link goes elsewhere, so you may have been hacked.

Since this is s a new site, you might want to start over.
